# Introduction

**HappySellers** runs the back office of an Indian e-commerce seller. It does three
jobs in one place: it **processes your marketplace orders in bulk**, it **manages
one pool of inventory across every channel**, and it **reconciles your payments
and returns** down to the last rupee. It works across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and
Meesho, and keeps inventory in sync with your Shopify store too.

HappySellers is a product of **TwoDots Software Services (OPC) Private Limited**,
based in Pune, India.

## Who it is for

HappySellers is built for sellers who process orders every day on India's
marketplaces and are tired of doing it one order at a time on slow seller
portals:

- sellers on **Amazon Seller Flex**, **Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (Flipkart
  Assured)**, **Myntra M-Direct** and **Meesho**;
- sellers with **more than one account** on a marketplace;
- teams where order processing takes a full day of somebody's time — or several
  people's.

### 1. Order processing

Select your picklists and let HappySellers do the rest: **shipping labels,
invoices and manifests** for thousands of orders, across all your accounts, in
minutes rather than hours.

- Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart Smart Fulfilment, Myntra M-Direct and Meesho
  orders, processed in bulk.
- Shipping labels **cropped to 4×6**, ready for thermal printers.
- Orders **sorted by SKU and courier**, so packing is faster.

### 2. Omni-channel inventory

Stop juggling stock sheets per marketplace. HappySellers keeps **a single pool of
inventory** across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho, and syncs with your
Shopify store.

- **Bulk inward** — hundreds of SKUs in one go instead of scanning items one by
  one (Dot Inward).
- **Auto-recall** — recall unsold stock from fulfilment centres before storage
  fees eat your margin (Dot Recall).
- Every SKU in sync, so you avoid overselling and stock-outs.

### 3. Payments and returns reconciliation

Marketplaces make mistakes: short payouts, missed reimbursements, unprocessed
returns. HappySellers reconciles payments and returns across channels so nothing
slips through.

## How a typical day changes

Without a tool, a seller's day goes on sorting orders by SKU, printing labels one
portal at a time, and checking payouts by hand. With HappySellers the routine
becomes three steps:

1. **Process your picklists.** Select them and click once. Labels, invoices and
   manifests for every order are generated together.
2. **Print, pack and ship.** Print every shipping label on a 4×6 barcode printer,
   pack the parcels in SKU order and hand them to the courier.
3. **Check the money.** Reconciliation shows which orders were paid correctly,
   which were short-paid and which returns are still open.

## Pricing in one paragraph

HappySellers is **pay per order, with no subscription**. You buy order credits
once — one credit is one processed order — and use them across **any number of
marketplace accounts**, with no per-account fee. The more credits you buy in one
go, the less each order costs. Credits stay valid for **12 months** from purchase.
Prices are shown without GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and you get a GST
