Is it secure?
Absolutely! HappySellers is made with the concern of every customer's data. We don't save any data with us. We work with top payment companies that guarantee your safety and security. All billing information is stored with our payment processing partner, which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
How to download and use software?
After making a successful payment, click on the "Start Download" button inside your dashboard. In the download section, you will find a section called "How to use software". Follow the steps and you can use our software very easily.
My payment got deducted, but plan is not activated.
Sometimes the amount is deducted but the transaction is not successful. Please first check whether the transaction was successful or not. If needed, contact us for a resolution or status of your payment.
Can I request refund?
Unfortunately, no. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason. If by mistake you purchased the wrong product, we can transfer your non-utilized orders and amount to the correct product on a pro-rata basis within the same account. Please contact us for assistance.

How to purchase?
Open the product you want to purchase. From the dropdown, select a plan and add it to the cart. Then proceed to checkout and make the payment. Currently, you can pay via PayTM wallet, UPI, Net Banking, and all UPI-integrated apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc. We are working with other payment vendors to enable credit and debit card payments.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes! We'll send a GST invoice to the email address you provide on the checkout page. If you forget to fill in the GST number during checkout, it cannot be changed later.
How to reset my password?
Go to the login page. Below the sign-in button, click on 'Forgot password', then follow the steps to reset your password.
What is the validity of the product?
Please check the corresponding product details for plan validity. For Dot Assured order processing, it's lifetime validity of orders. You may see 1-year validity in your account — you can always contact us to extend it for Dot Assured.
How to activate a plan?
Right after you purchase the plan, it will auto-activate within a few seconds. You can start using HappySellers immediately.
